Lodgepole Distilling Gin with an added infusion of whole Pacific Northwest Strawberries. The strawberry softens the gin without making it sweet, making it perfect for both savory and sweeter cocktails. We added the strawberry after distillation to preserve the fresh strawberry rather than a cooked strawberry flavor.

Any carbonation or sweetness in a cocktail will bring out the fresh strawberry flavor and scent to the forefront. It makes an effortless Gin and Tonic. Our Distiller’s favorite cocktail with it is in a Negroni, where the strawberry flavor lingers on the palate. Of course, neat or in a Gin Old Fashioned makes a delicious, spirit-forward beverage.
